Greetings from Robie -I'm one of the proud owners of this amazing Lake View property, I can't wait to tell you about it. We purchased this to be our family's lake home that we also short-term rent, and boy have we succeeded at that. We made $60,000 in STR income this past year despite using the property frequently for own benefit. We have lake views from almost every angle upstairs and from all porches. We are also less than a mile from the lake access at Cody Park - which has remained open for boat launching despite the drought. It's fully finished and has 1 bedroom, living room, loft that can hold 3 twin beds, fridge, microwave, sink and FULL BATH. This home has it all... you will love it! Why are we selling?? Sadly, we've moved away - and just can't enjoy it like we expected.
